JACK
That we're up against something bigger than we feared. This isn't your father's mesothelioma.

EXT. MILLI'S OFFICE - DAY

A closed office door shows the name and title of the woman who works there: "Milli Vanilli Chilli Willi, Chief of Mesothelioma Medicine." An assistant, wearing a lab coat, opens the door and walks in, carrying a clipboard.

INT. MILLI'S OFFICE - DAY

RODRIGO
Dr. Willi, here are those test results you ordered.

MILLI is typing something on the computer when RODRIGO enters. She is an attractive and brilliant doctor, wearing a lab coat.

MILLI
Thank you, Rodrigo.

MILLI starts reading the report. RODRIGO normally would have left at this point, but instead he remains there, appearing nervous. After a few seconds, MILLI becomes aware that RODRIGO is still there, and looks up from the clipboard to face him.

MILLI
Is there something else, Rodrigo?

RODRIGO
Dr. Willi, I read the report, and, well, I don't think we're looking at anything we've seen before. Something's different.
